    At the request of China Rich Holdings Limited (the "Company"), trading    
    in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today         
    (31/3/2005) pending the issue of the Company's announcement relating to a 
    proposed capital reorganisation and proposed rights issue.
