    Market participants are requested to note that the name of Moulin         
    International Holdings Limited has been changed to "Moulin                
    Global Eyecare Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the English stock short    
    name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 389) will also be                
    changed to "MOULIN" with effect from Friday, 01/04/2005 while its         
    Chinese stock short name remains unchanged.
