    RESULT OF THE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING AND DELAY OF RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT    
    FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2004                                       
                                                                              
    The Board announces that an ordinary resolution was duly passed at the    
    Special General Meeting of the Company held on 29 March 2005 approving    
    the appointment of RSM Nelson Wheeler as auditors of the Company.         
                                                                              
    In addition, the Board informs the Shareholders of the Company that the   
    2004 Result Announcement and the despatch of 2004 Annual Report is        
    expected to be delayed to on or before 30 April 2005. Such delay will     
    constitute a breach of Rule 18.03, 18.48A and 18.49 of the GEM Listing
