    2.      EARNINGS / (LOSS) PER SHARE                                       
                                                                              
    Calculation of basic earnings per share for the period ended 31 December  
    2004 is based on the profit attributable to shareholders of approximately 
    HK$15,750,000 (2002: HK$4,451,000) and on 6,174,916,922 (2002: 6,174,916, 
    922) ordinary shares in issue during the period.                          
                                                                              
    No diluted earnings / loss per share is shown for 2004 and 2003           
    respectively as there were no dilutive potential ordinary shares in issue 
    during both periods.
