    Resignation of auditors                                                   
    and                                                                       
    resignation of an independent non-executive director                      
    and a member of audit committee                                           
                                                                              
    The Board announces that HLB has tendered its                             
    resignation as auditors of the Group with effect on                       
    17th March 2005.                                                          
                                                                              
    The Board also announces that Mr. Wong Tik Tung has                       
    resigned as an independent non-executive director of                      
    the Company with effect on 24th March 2005.                               
                                                                              
    At the request of the Company, trading in the shares                      
    of the Company was suspended with effect from 9:30                        
    a.m. on 29th July 2004. Trading in the shares of the
