09:10     DICKSON GROUP<02968> - Share Consolidation                          

    Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Dickson
    Group Holdings Limited ("DICKSON GROUP") have approved the consolidation  
    of shares on the basis of 5 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares")  
    of DICKSON GROUP into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares").  Effective    
    from today (22/03/2005), a temporary counter under stock code 2968 and    
    stock short name "DICKSON GROUP" will be established for trading in board 
    lots of 4,000 New Shares each to replace the previous counter             
    (stock code: 313) for trading in board lots of 20,000 Old Shares each.
