    UNUSUAL PRICE MOVEMENT AND TRADING VOLUME                                 
    OF THE COMPANY'S SHARES AND                                               
    CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMEN                                                 
                                                                              
                                                                              
    The Board noted the increases in the price and the trading                
    volume of the shares in the Company today and wishes to state             
    that the Board is not aware of any reason for such increases              
    save for the 2004 final results as announced by the Company on            
    18 March 2005.                                                            
                                                                              
    The Board also wishes to clarify the Articles                             
    appearing in certain newspapers regarding the intending change            
    of listing of the Company from GEM board to main board.
