    EARNINGS PER SHARE                                                        
                                                                              
    The calculations of basic and diluted earnings per share for the six      
    months ended 31st December 2004 are based on the Group's profit           
    attributable to shareholders of HK$316,000 (2003: HK$13,105,000).         
                                                                              
    The basic earnings per share is based on the weighted average number of   
    200,000,000 (2003: 200,000,000) ordinary shares in issue during the       
    period. The diluted earnings per share is based on 204,579,000 (2003: 200 
    ,000,000) ordinary shares which is the weighted average number of ordinary
    shares in issue during the period plus the weighted average number of 4,  
    579,000 (2003: Nil) ordinary shares deemed to be issued at no
