    The Stock Exchange has received a message from Dickson Group Holdings     
    Limited which is reproduced as follows:-                                  
                                                                              
    "This statement is made at the request of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong 
    Limited.                                                                  
                                                                              
    The Directors of the Company have noted the increase in the trading volume
    of the shares of the Company today and wish to state that we are not aware
    of any reasons for such increase.                                         
                                                                              
    The Directors confirm that there are no negotiations or agreements relatin
    to intended acquisitions or realisations which are discloseable under     
    Rule 13.23 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock  
    Exchange (the "Listing Rules"), neither is the Board aware of any matter  
    discloseable under the general obligation imposed by Rule 13.09 of the    
    Listing Rules, which is or may be of a price-sensitive nature.

    As at the date of this announcement, Messrs. Pun Yat, Leung Chi Ching,    
    Frederick, Chin Wai Kay Geordie and Cheng Ping Kong James are the         
    executive directors of the Company, Mr Fung Wing Mou Bernard is the non-  
    executive director and Messrs. Lau Sai Chung, Wong Ying Sheung and Mo Wai
