09:07     HAYWOOD INV<02967> - Share Consolidation                            

    Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of        
    Haywood Investments Limited ("HAYWOOD INV") have approved the             
    consolidation of shares on the basis of 5 then existing ordinary          
    shares ("Old Shares") of HAYWOOD INV into 2 new ordinary shares           
    ("New Shares").  Effective from today (18/03/2005), a temporary           
    counter under stock code 2967 and stock short name "HAYWOOD INV"          
    will be established for trading in board lots of 800 New Shares           
    each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 905) for trading        
    in board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each.
