    The Stock Exchange has received a message from China Sci-Tech Holdings    
    Limited which is reproduced as follows:-                                  
                                                                              
    "ODD LOT ARRANGEMENT                                                      
                                                                              
    In order to facilitate the trading of odd lots of the New Shares arising  
    from the Consolidation, the Company has appointed Kingston Securities     
    Limited (the "Agent") to stand in the market to provide the service for   
    the sale and purchase of odd lots of the New Shares during the period from
    11 March 2005 to 21 April 2005, both days inclusive. Holders of the New   
    Shares in odd lots who wish to take advantage of this facility either to  
    dispose of or top up their odd lots to a board lot of 8,000 New Shares    
    may, directly or through their brokers, contact the Agent during such
