09:02     WING ON TRAVEL<02965> - Share Consolidation                         

    Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of        
    Wing On Travel (Holdings) Limited ("WING ON TRAVEL") have approved        
    the consolidation of shares on the basis of 100 then existing             
    ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of WING ON TRAVEL into 1 new ordinary      
    shares ("New Shares").  Effective from today (15/03/2005), a              
    temporary counter under stock code 2965 and stock short name              
    "WING ON TRAVEL" will be established for trading in board lots of         
    100 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 1189)    
    for trading in board lots of 10,000 Old Shares each.
