    Market participants are requested to note that dealings in the 2005       
    European Style Cash-Settled Call Warrants relating to existing issued     
    ordinary H shares of RMB1.00 each of China Petroleum & Chemical           
    Corporation issued by J.P. Morgan International Derivatives Ltd.          
    (stock code: 2130) will cease after the close of business today           
    (11/03/2005) and listing of which will be withdrawn after the close of    
    business on Thursday, 17/03/2005.                                         
                                                                              
    At the request of Titan Petrochemicals Group Limited, trading in its      
    shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (11/3/2005)    
    pending the release of an announcement in relation to the proposed issue
