    1. EARNINGS PER SHARE                                                     
                                                                              
    The calculation of basic earnings per share is based on the net profit    
    from operating activities attributable to shareholders of HK$68,576,000 ( 
    2003: HK$33,429,000) and 4,861,990,940 (2003: 4,861,990,940) ordinary     
    shares in issue during the year.                                          
                                                                              
    Diluted earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2003 and 2004   
    have not been disclosed as no diluting events existed during these years. 
                                                                              
    2. FINAL DIVIDEND PER SHARE                                               
                                                                              
    The directors recommend the payment of a final dividend of 0.2 HK cent (  
    2003: 0.2 HK cent) per share and is subject to the approval of the
