    of nine executive Directors namely, WANG Mingquan,                        
    ZANG Qiutao, LI Xueming, CHEN Xiaoping, FAN Yan Hok,                      
    Philip, HUANG Chaohua, WONG Kam Chung, Raymond, CHEN                      
    Shuang, ZHANG Weiyun and three independent                                
    non-executive Directors namely, Sir David                                 
    AKERS-JONES, LI Kwok Sing, Aubrey and MAR Selwyn.
