    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the     
    ordinary shares of Far East Technology International Limited              
    ("FE TECH INT'L") will cease after the close of business on Monday,       
    14/03/2005. As from the close of business on that day, the counter for    
    trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2959) of FE TECH INT'L as 
    represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the
