    FURTHER POSTPONEMENT OF DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR                              
                                                                              
    The Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for a                       
    waiver from strict compliance with the requirements                       
    under rule 20.49 of the GEM Listing Rules, and to the                     
    Executive for its consent under rule 8.2 of the                           
    Takeovers Code, for further postponement of the                           
    despatch date of the Circular to on or before 11th
