    At the request of K. Wah International Holdings Limited, trading in its   
    shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (7/3/2005)     
    pending release of a press announcement concerning a possible             
    transaction that if it proceeds will constitute a deemed very substantial 
    disposal, a very substantial acquisition and connected transaction.
