    amount of HK$800,000 by Ms Su, the Company will have outstanding CNs in   
    the aggregate principal amount of HK$6,400,000, which are held as to      
    HK$4,800,000, HK$800,000 and HK$800,000 by Dame Fortune Investments       
    Limited (beneficially owned by Ms Guo Qi Li), Ms He Chu Xing and Mr Yiu   
    Fuk Kei respectively.                                                     
                                                                              
    Save as the outstanding CNs disclosed above, the Company does not have    
    any outstanding securities convertible into Shares as at the date of
