    The Stock Exchange has received a message from New Focus Auto Tech        
    Holdings Limited, a new listing applicant, which is reproduced as

    Share certificates and/or refund cheques. The date of despatch is expected
    to be 25 February 2005. The Share certificates will only become valid     
    evidence of title to the Offer Shares if the Public Offer has become      
    unconditional and the Underwriting Agreement has not been terminated in   
    accordance with its terms.                                                
                                                                              
    You must show the necessary identification and/or authorisation document( 
    s) satisfactory to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited to   
    collect your Share certificate and/or refund cheque.                      
                                                                              
    If you do not collect your Share certificate and/or refund cheque within  
    the time specified for collection, they will be sent to the address on    
    your Application Form after the expiry of the time for their collection,  
    by ordinary post and at your own risk.

    your Share certificate and/or refund cheque, then your Share certificate  
    and/or refund cheque, if any, will be sent to the address on your
