    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the     
    ordinary shares of Riche Multi-Media Holdings Limited                     
    ("RICHE M-MEDIA") will cease after the close of business on Thursday,     
    24/2/2005. As from the close of business on that day, the counter for     
    trading in the subdivided shares (stock code: 2958) of RICHE M-MEDIA as   
    represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading       
    in the shares of RICHE M-MEDIA will only be under the following
