    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the     
    ordinary shares of Skynet (International Group) Holdings Limited          
    ("SKYNET(INTL GP)") will cease after the close of business today          
    (23/02/2005). As from the close of business on that day, the counter for  
    trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 577) of SKYNET(INTL GP)   
    as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading    
    in the shares of SKYNET(INTL GP) will only be under the following
