    At the request of Poly Investments Holdings Limited (the "Company"),      
    trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today  
    (16/2/2005) pending the court hearing on 16 February, 2005 in respect of  
    the winding-up petition issued against the Company by Asia Power          
    Development Limited on 13 December, 2004.
