    Reference is made to the Company's circular dated 18th                    
    January 2005 ("Vessel Circular"). Terms used in this                      
    announcement shall have the same meaning as those                         
    defined in the Vessel Circular unless the context                         
    requires otherwise.                                                       
                                                                              
    All conditions precedent to the Vessel Sale and                           
    Purchase Agreement were satisfied and the Vessel                          
    Completion took place on 15th February 2005. The                          
    shareholding structures of the Company before and after
