    DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO RULES 17.15 AND 17.17                              
    OF THE GEM LISTING RULES                                                  
                                                                              
    The Directors announce the details of trading receivables from a          
    customer pursuant to Rules 17.15 and 17.17 of the GEM Listing Rules. As   
    at the date of this announcement, such trading receivables amounted to    
    approximately US$132,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$1,029,600).

    The Board of Directors as of the date of this announcement comprises Mr.  
    Li Ching Ping Vincent and Mr. Fung Yan Shun as executive Directors, Mr.

    Mr. Ng Ge Bun, Mr. Wan Yiu Kwan Stephen and Mr. Lee Kar Wai as
