    consolidated income statement prepared in accordance with the             
    applicable disclosure requirements of Chapter 18 of the Rules             
    Governing the Listing of Securities on The Growth Enterprise Market       
    of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.  These financial              
    results have been subject to review by the Company's auditors in          
    accordance with Statement of Auditing Standards 700 "Engagements to       
    Review Interim Financial Reports" issued by the Hong Kong Institute       
    of Certified Public Accountants.  The auditors have provided their        
    review opinion that they are not aware of any material notifications      
    that should have been made to these financial results.                    
                                                                              
    3.  Segmental Information and turnover                                    
    The Company's operation are regarded as single segment comprising         
    the sale and distribution of men's innerwear, sock and apparel and        
    related royalties income.  Major product sales and royalties income       
    of the company for the twelve months ended 31st December 2004 are as
