    Trading in the Shares was suspended at the request of the Company with    
    effect from 9:30 a.m. on February 4, 2005. An application has been        
    made by the Company for the resumption of trading in the Shares with      
    effect from 9:30 a.m. on February 14, 2005.                               
                                                                              
    As the Proposed Placing and Subscription may or may not proceed,          
    shareholders of the Company and the public are advised to exercise
