    At the request of Magnum International Holdings Limited (the "Company"),  
    trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m.       
    today (8/2/2005) pending the release of an announcement relating to       
    the possible change in controlling shareholder of the Company which is    
    considered to be price sensitive.
