    At the request of Kamboat Group Company Limited, trading in its           
    shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (7/2/2005)     
    pending an announcement in relation to the negotiation with an independent
    third party regarding a possible subscription of new shares of the Company
    which may lead to a change in the controlling shareholder of the Company.
