    FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR                                     
                                                                              
    The Company has made an application to the Stock Exchange for             
    a further extension of time for the despatch of the circular              
    from 3 February 2005 to on or before 17 February 2005, as                 
    additional time is needed for finalising information for
