    2. Loss per share                                                         
                                                                              
    The calculation of the basic loss per share for the nine months ended     
    31st December, 2004 is based on the unaudited consolidated net loss       
    attributable to shareholders of HK$2,337,671 (for the nine months ended   
    31st December, 2003: HK$2,406,828) and on the 400,000,000 ordinary        
    shares in issue for the nine months ended 31st December, 2004 (for the    
    nine months ended 31st December, 2003: 400,000,000 ordinary shares).      
                                                                              
    No diluted loss per share for the nine months ended 31st December, 2004   
    (for the nine months ended 31st December, 2003: nil) has been presented   
    as the Company has no dilutive potential shares.
