    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the     
    ordinary shares of Emperor (China Concept) Investments Limited            
    ("EMPEROR (CHINA)") will cease after the close of business on Tuesday,    
    08/02/2005. As from the close of business on that day, the counter for    
    trading in the subdivided shares (stock code: 2955) of EMPEROR (CHINA)    
    as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn  and trading   
    in the shares of EMPEROR (CHINA) will only be under the following
