    THE APPOINTMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXEUCTIVE DIRECTOR                  
                                                                              
    The Company has idendified the suitable candidate for the                 
    independent non-executive director and the member of its audit            
    committee but has not yet finalized the terms of appointment              
    with him.  The Company will ensure that the appointment of the
