    and which is owned at to 50% by Madam U Po Chu (a non-executive director  
    of both CGL and LSG, and the wife of Mr. Lim Por Yen, the founder and     
    chairman of the Lai Sun group of companies) and as to 50% by Mr. Lam Kin  
    Ngok, Peter (an executive director of both CGL and LSG, and the son of
