    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the     
    ordinary shares of Wanji Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited ("WANJI PHARMA") 
    will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 26/01/2005. As from  
    the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the         
    consolidated shares (stock code: 2951) of WANJI PHARMA as represented by  
    old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
