    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading            
    in the ordinary shares of Ruili Holdings Limited ("RUILI HOLD")           
    will cease after the close of business today (25/01/2005).                
    As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading        
    in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2950) of RUILI HOLD as            
    represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading       
    in the shares of RUILI HOLD will only be under the following
