    The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that with    
    effect from 10 January 2005, the Company has changed its name to "C       
    o-winner Enterprise Limited".                                             
                                                                              
    The stock short names of the Company will be changed to "CO-WINNER" in    
    English with effect from 28 February 2005. Trading in the                 
    shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange under the new name will
