    At the request of Heritage International Holdings Limited, trading in its 
    securities has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (24/1/2005)
    pending an announcement in relation to Major and Connected Transactions   
    and proposed redemption of existing convertible notes and placing of new  
    convertible notes.
