    At the request of Fortuna International Holdings Limited (the "Company"), 
    trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:39 a.m. today 
    (20/1/2005) pending an announcement in relation to a discloseable         
    transaction which involves the issue of new shares of the Company.
