    The Stock Exchange has received a message from China Green (Holdings)     
    Limited which is reproduced as follows:-                                  
                                                                              
    "We refer to the Form in respect of the financial information for the six 
    months ended 31 October 2004 of the Company faxed to the Stock Exchange   
    on 19 January 2005. Please be informed that the currency of the interim   
    dividend for the six months ended 31 October 2004 should be "RMB0.0297"   
    instead of "HK$0.0297".                                                   
                                                                              
    The error was caused by clerical mistake."
