    Application will be made for the listing of the Warrants on the           
    Stock Exchange to be withdrawn with effect from the close of business     
    on the Expiry Date.                                                       
                                                                              
    In respect of Stock Code 2163, the closing price of the Warrants and      
    of the related shares as quoted on the Stock Exchange on 17th             
    January, 2005 were HK$0.47 per Warrant and HK$4.15 per related share      
    respectively. The Exercise Price of the Warrants is HK$3.708 per          
    Warrant.                                                                  
                                                                              
    In respect of Stock Code 9030, the closing price of the Warrants and      
    of the related shares as quoted on the Stock Exchange on 17th             
    January, 2005 were HK$0.52 per Warrant and HK$72.00 per related share     
    respectively. The Exercise Price of the Warrants is HK$66.81 per ten
