    At the request of CCT Telecom Holdings Limited (the "Company"), trading   
    in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today         
    (18/1/2005) pending the release of an announcement in relation to a       
    major transaction of the Company, regarding a possible voluntary          
    conditional offer for CCT Tech International Limited.
