He has 6 years of experience in project management in Jones Lang LaSalle Ltd until July 2002 and is currently a director of Luyisi International Company Limited which engages in trading of building materials. Mr. Yau has acted as an independent non-executive director of Seapower Resources International Limited and resigned on 15 October 2004. Save as disclosed above, Mr. Yau did not hold any directorship in any public listed companies in the last three years.
