09:01     RICHE M-MEDIA<02958> - Share Subdivision                            

    Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Riche  
    Multi-Media Holdings Limited ("RICHE M-MEDIA") have approved the          
    subdivision of shares on the basis of 1 then existing ordinary shares     
    ("Old Shares") of RICHE M-MEDIA into 10 new ordinary shares ("New         
    Shares").  Effective from today (17/1/2005), a temporary counter under    
    stock code 2958 and stock short name "RICHE M-MEDIA" will be established  
    for trading in board lots of 10,000 New Shares each to replace the        
    previous counter (stock code: 764) for trading in board lots of 1,000 Old 
    Shares each.
