    At the request of Elec & Eltek International Holdings Limited (the        
    "Company"), trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from     
    9:30 a.m. today (7/1/2005) pending an announcement upon closing of the    
    Offers until the withdrawal of listing of the Company's shares.
