    The directors of Satellite Devices Corporation (the "Company") noted      
    decreases in trading price of the share of the Company today and wish to  
    inform the shareholders of the Company that they are not aware of any

    As at the date of this announcement, the board of directors of the        
    Company comprises two executive directors, namely Messrs. Tsoi Siu        
    Ching, Leo and Leung Tak Wah; and three independent non-executive         
    directors, namely Messrs. Liu Kwong Sang, Chan Chi Tong and Huang Hai
