    At the request of Kwong Sang Hong International Limited (the "Company"),  
    trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today  
    (5/1/2005) pending the release of an announcement of the results of the   
    Court Meeting and the Special General Meeting relating to the             
    privatisation proposal of the Company.
