09:14     HANG TEN GROUP<00448> & <02943> - Odd Lot Arrangement               

    The Stock Exchange has received a message from Hang Ten Group Holdings    
    Limited which is reproduced as follows:                                   
                                                                              
    "Odd lots of Consolidated Shares may arise as a result of the             
    Consolidation. In order to alleviate the difficulties in trading odd lots 
    of Consolidated Shares, the Company has appointed Hooray Securities       
    Limited, to act as its agent to match, on a "best effort" basis, the sale 
    and purchase of odd lots of Consolidated Shares arising from the          
    Consolidation from Friday, 26 November 2004 up to and including Friday, 17
    December 2004. Such arrangement is to facilitate Shareholders who wish to 
    dispose of or top up their odd lots of Consolidated Shares. Shareholders  
    who wish to take advantage of this facility should contact Mr. Perry Luk
