08:54     HARMONY ASSET<02910> - Share Consolidation                          

    Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of        
    Harmony Asset Limited ("HARMONY ASSET") have approved the consolidation of
    shares on the basis of 20 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of 
    HARMONY ASSET into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares").  Effective from  
    today (24/01/2003), a temporary counter under stock code 2910 and stock   
    short name "HARMONY ASSET" will be established for trading in board lots  
    of 50 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 428)   
    for trading in board lots of 1,000 Old Shares each.
