Change subscription status, write an email to us in the following way:

for us to track the record.

Don't just put "your_userid" in the subject!

Your_userid is the one you provided in the registration form for accessing our site.

To change credit card	Your_userid new billing (e.g. genius new billing) (put your new info in the email or fax to us)
To renew	Your_userid renew hksr (6month/1year) [select your choice]

For drop and add actions, you should be receiving a confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't, your email may not have been received, or our mail cannot be delivered.
Please keep a copy of the confirmation of cancellation for youor record.
You need to provide a copy of the confirmation letter in case of any dispute.
